Before you start.

In order to process this case efficiently, we require some additional information from you. The information in this portal should be verified and completed in full, providing all pertinent details related to the damage claim. We have included any information we have on file to help simplify the process for you.

Please only submit your information via the portal when you have all necessary information available as this will help the Agero Specialist handling your case to quickly and accurately assess the reported damage to your vehicle. Once we receive this information and documentation, a Specialist will be assigned to your case and will contact you directly.

Please use this checklist to make sure you have everything you’ll need to move forward with submitting your claim:

  • Color photos of the vehicle with the damage
  • Repair estimate with a breakdown of the parts and labor to repair the vehicle
  • A description and statement regarding the cause of the damage

Claims cannot be processed until photos (when applicable) and a repair estimate with a full breakdown of the cost of repairs are received. You may attach this during the claim submission process or by responding to your damage claim confirmation email with the required attachment(s).
